Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile and can move sharply in either direction within minutes. Past price movement is not a reliable indicator of future performance. Regulatory changes, exchange outages, security incidents, and shifts in market sentiment can all cause rapid, significant losses.
On Aurex7, spot orders fill against a reference price for each pair rather than against a shared public order book. Reference prices for most pairs track public market data; specific pairs may at times be set manually by Aurex7 rather than following the open market — see our Security page for how this is disclosed. You can lose some or all of the value of any asset you hold if its price falls.
Aurex7's futures product lets you choose leverage of up to 125x (the maximum depends on the pair) with isolated margin. This means:
Only trade futures with funds you can afford to lose entirely.
A time trade is a fixed-payout prediction that a pair's price will be higher or lower than your entry price when a timer ends. If you are right you receive your stake plus the displayed payout (for example +80%); if you are wrong you lose 100% of your stake. Because a win pays less than a loss costs, you need to be right well over half the time just to break even (at +80%, about 56% of trades), and over short durations price moves are close to random. Outcomes are settled on Binance's public market price at expiry, not on any price set by Aurex7. Time trades of this kind are restricted or banned for retail customers in some countries; it is your responsibility to check they are legal where you live.
Earn products pay interest at a rate set by the platform for the term you choose. Rates for new subscriptions can change, locked products cannot be redeemed before maturity, and interest is not guaranteed to continue after a product ends. Earn is not a bank deposit and is not insured. Do not treat Earn interest as guaranteed income.
Token sales (ICO) inside Earn carry additional risk: tokens may never be listed on any exchange, may launch at a price far below (or above) the sale price, and may lose all value. Allocations are locked until a listing date set by the project team, so you cannot sell or transfer them until then.
Mining plan payouts are estimates derived from assumptions about network difficulty and coin price at the time of purchase. Both can change significantly over a plan's duration, and actual payouts can be lower than estimated. Mining plans are not a guaranteed-return financial product.
Aurex7 is presently a demonstration/beta build (see our Terms of Service): deposits and withdrawals are simulated and reviewed manually, and no live custody or blockchain settlement occurs. Software bugs, downtime, or delays in manual review are possible. No regulatory license, deposit insurance, or audited proof-of-reserves currently backs balances held on this platform.
Nothing on Aurex7 is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any product on this platform is appropriate for your circumstances. Consider consulting an independent financial adviser before trading.
By using Aurex7's spot trading, futures trading, Earn, or cloud mining products, you confirm that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure and our Terms of Service.
