Frequently Asked Questions

Is this real money, or a demo?

Aurex7 is currently a demonstration/beta build. Deposits and withdrawals are simulated and reviewed manually rather than processed by a real payment provider or blockchain. See our Terms of Service for the full status.

How does spot order pricing work?

There's no shared order book. Market orders fill instantly at the pair's current reference price; limit orders fill only if your price is marketable, otherwise they're rejected outright rather than left resting.

Where do reference prices come from?

By default, from public market data, refreshed continuously. For a pair an admin has taken manual control of, the trading screen shows no "Live market price" badge — that's your signal the price is admin-set rather than tracking the open market.

How does futures leverage work?

You choose leverage per position, from 1x up to each pair's maximum (125x on BTC and ETH, 75x on major coins, 50x on the rest), with isolated margin. Higher leverage means a smaller move liquidates you: at 10x, roughly a 10% move against you; at 100x, under 1%. Liquidation happens when your margin falls to the maintenance margin, and the remaining margin is forfeited. You can set take-profit and stop-loss prices, add margin, or close part of a position at any time. Funding is exchanged between longs and shorts every 8 hours (00:00, 08:00, 16:00 UTC). You can't lose more than the margin you posted, but you can lose all of it. Read the full Risk Disclosure before opening a position.

How do time trades work?

On the Trading page, choose Time trade, pick a duration (1 minute up to 1 hour), enter an amount and choose Higher or Lower. When the timer ends, if the price is on your side of your entry price you get your stake back plus the payout shown (e.g. +80%); if not, you lose the stake. An exactly equal price refunds you. Entry and settlement prices come from Binance's public market data, not from Aurex7. See the Risk Disclosure.

What are the fees?

A flat 0.05% on both spot and futures trades, no deposit or withdrawal fee. Full breakdown on Fees.

When can I sell ICO tokens I have bought?

Token sale purchases sit in your Earn wallet immediately but stay locked until the listing date the project team announces. There is no early exit before then.

How does Earn work and when can I redeem?

Pick a coin and a flexible or locked product, then subscribe with USD from your Funding wallet. Interest accrues every second at the rate shown when you subscribe. Flexible subscriptions can be redeemed any time; locked ones at maturity. Principal and interest return to your Funding wallet.

How often are mining payouts credited?

Once per calendar day for each active subscription, for the plan's full duration. Estimated daily output can change with network conditions and is never guaranteed.

How do I turn on two-factor authentication?

From Profile & Security once you're signed in — scan the QR code with any TOTP authenticator app. Admin accounts require it on every login.

How long does a withdrawal take?

Every withdrawal is queued for manual review before it's released rather than paying out automatically — timing depends on review, not an automated schedule.

Can my account be frozen?

Yes — accounts showing signs of fraud, abuse, or policy violations can be frozen pending review. See our Terms of Service for prohibited conduct.
